We work on the market place model where we provide our learners to various online training program and courses.

Once you get enrolled in the program by providing us accurate and complete information including a valid email address. (as per the form filled during registration and payment). You will be provided with course material including lectures and other relevant resources on your registered email id and official group of Skillics.
It is your responsibility to maintain the privacy of the course material and your login credentials.
You need to be careful with your password.
You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else’s account.
If you wish to change your login details you must intimate and provide us with your personal and payment details.
In the event of the death of a user, the account of that user will be closed.
You may not share your account login credentials with anyone else. You are responsible for what happens with your account and Skillics will not intervene in disputes between students or instructors who have shared account login credentials.
You must notify us immediately upon learning that someone else may be using your account without your permission (or if you suspect any other breach of security) by contacting us on the official email mentioned on the website.
If we discover that you have created an account that violates these rules, we will terminate your account.

As a student, when you enroll in a course, whether it’s a free or paid course, you are getting a license from Skillics to view the course via email shared by the official mail of Skillics.
Courses are licensed, and not sold, to you. This license does not give you any right to resell the course in any manner
You must not illegally download the course and sharing it on torrent sites.
In legal, more complete terms, Skillics grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the courses and associated content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with a particular courses or feature of our Services.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course or training modules.
We generally give a lifetime access license to our students when they enroll in a course or training programs.
However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use courses at any point in time due to legal or policy reasons
The lifetime access is not applicable to all the courses and add-on features associated with a particular course.

Pricing Policy

The prices of courses on Udemy are determined based on the terms of the Instructor Terms and our Promotions Policy.
We offer discount on our courses and training programs for a limited period of time which students can avail based on the coupon codes shared through official message of skillics.
You can only one coupon code for enrolling in a particular course.
In case if you applied more than one code and then you will be request to pay the rest of the amount the accessing the course material.
The price applicable to a course will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the course (at checkout).

Payments

You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees.
Skillics works with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details.
After making a payment, Skillics will verify your received payment and send you the official intimation related to payment and start of course.
We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payment.

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method.
If you aren’t happy with your course or training program then you can write us on our official mail and refund will be made looking at your progress within the course and genuine reasons.
Skillics offers a 15-day refund to the enrolled participants applicable only incase if you have not attended more than 50% of the course or training programs.
No refund will be given after the above mentioned clause.
We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment processing partners and other factors.
Skillics also reserves the right to refund students beyond the 30-day limit in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.
In case of refund, we will choose a convenient method of payment that ensure the money gets transferred to you as soon as possible.
if you’ve consumed a significant portion of a course that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded a course, we reserve the right to deny your refund, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services.

What rights you have over your data

Nothing gives you a right to use the Skillics name or any of our trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding skillics and its the Services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the skillics platform and Services:

Access the content for which you don’t have the authorisation.
Tamper the content provided to you as your course material and resources.
disable, interfere with, or try to circumvent any of the features of the platforms related to security or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any of our systems.
copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of or content on the Skillics platform or Services.
access or search or attempt to access or search our platform by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available search functionalities that are provided via our website, mobile apps, or API (and only pursuant to those API terms and conditions).
You may not scrape, spider, use a robot, or use other automated means of any kind to access the Services.
In any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information (such as sending email communications falsely appearing as Skillics); or interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the platforms or services, or in any other manner interfering with or creating an undue burden on the Services.
